My life in woodworking began in 1984 in a cabinetmaking school program learning the basics of woodworking and shop safety. I began my professional career in 1987 at a local custom cabinet shop. Through the years my skills were honed by working alongside master craftsmen from around the world, crafting kitchens, bathrooms, entertainment centers, furniture pieces and millwork for exclusive builders and designers of varying styles in the tri-state area.

In 1997 it was time to strike out on my own and Millwork & More, LLC was created. Word spread quickly about our quality work, expert design and attention to detail. We soon outgrew two manufacturing facilities and in 2001 purchased a 6,500 sq. ft. facility in Blairstown, New Jersey.
